A pitch-hitter is the hero of an artist who steps in to create artwork for a fic when the original artist have dropped out. They do not have the same amount of time to work with their art, but they are so loved. If you feel like this would be your cup of tea, please comment on this post with:

Hi people, today is the day for you artists! If you haven't done so yet, please send your art drafts to dudeiamironman@gmail.com stating both your and your author's usernames! Alright! It's time for author reveal and for the teams to decide which day they would like to pick. Since there are only three team, one team/day is the limit. Either the author or the artist will comment on this post with which ever date they wish to claim.

Beta post for Round two
This is the post where you offer/request beta service for the SuperWho mini bang 2012. Authors, your fic should be beta'd by yor posting date. You can either find a beta to collaborate with here, or find one another way (old partner, friend, your mum). Everybody are allowed to sign up as betas (author, artists, time lords ( Read more... ) -
Rough drafts due
Today is the day: your fics are due! Don't worry though, you have until midnight today to send it in (whatever timezone you're in).
Your draft should be at least 3,000 words AND almost finished. You need to be able to give your artist a good grasp on what they are going to illustrate.
